Looking for a great Indian breakfast? We bring you tasty moong dal cheela with tofu filling.

Ingredients for batter
• 250g moong dal dhuli
• 125g urad dal sabut
• 1-inch ginger, finely chopped
• 2 green chilies, finely chopped
• 1tsp cumin seeds
• 1/2tsp turmeric powder
• Salt to taste
• Coriander leaves, finely chopped

Ingredients for filling:
• 250g Soyuz tofu
• 125g onion, finely chopped
• 125g tomato, finely chopped
• 1 tsp chaat masala
• Salt to taste
• Coriander leaves, finely chopped

Moong Dal Cheela with Soyuz tofu fillings

Recipe:
1. Wash both moong and urad dal. Soak both Dal’s together for at least 6 hours/overnight. Drain the excess water.
2. Grind the soaked moong dal and urad dal with chopped green chilies and ginger with a little water. You can add water as per your consistency. Add a bit of onion, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, and salt to taste in the batter.
3. In a bowl, add grated tofu along with chopped onion, tomato, chaat masala, and a pinch of salt.
4. Heat the pan and pour a ladle of batter on the pan in a circular motion. Pour oil around the cheela and cook both sides on medium heat.
5. Once cooked, place the cheela on a plate and add the tofu mixture in the center. Fold the cheela into a roll and cut the pieces diagonally.
