Thai Rolls Recipe With Tofu Fillings

Ingredients

  • Rice paper sheets
  • Rice noodles
  • Garlic
  • Ginger
  • Soy sauce
  • Green chillies
  • Lemon
  • Coriander
  • Peanut butter (natural)
  • 100 grams Soyuz soy tofu
  • Salt and pepper

Recipe

  1. Put 4–5 cloves of garlic, half a thumb of ginger, 1 green chilli, less than a handful of chopped coriander, 2 tablespoons of peanut butter (unsweetened and natural) and 2 tablespoons of soy sauce in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth, you can add 1–2 tablespoon of water.
  3. Boil 200 grams of rice noodles in salted water.
  4. Heat a pan and add some oil to it, after a minute, and 100 grams of chopped tofu (make sure to dry it a bit first) and let it cook for about a minute on medium-low heat. After a minute flip it over and repeat.
  5. Finally, take it off the pan season it the way you like. ( I like to use garlic powder and dried herbs)
  6. Strain the boiled rice noodles and combine them with the peanut sauce we made earlier.
  7. Add the seasoned tofu on top.
  8. You can eat it as it is or follow the steps ahead to make a Thai spring roll.
  9. Then, all you have to do is mix 3 tbsp soy sauce with 4 tbsp water, and wet your rice paper in it slightly.
  10. After that, stuff it with the rice noodles and seasoned tofu and make a closed roll.
  11. You can fry this closed roll on a medium heat and then enjoy it.
