Ingredients
- Rice paper sheets
- Rice noodles
- Garlic
- Ginger
- Soy sauce
- Green chillies
- Lemon
- Coriander
- Peanut butter (natural)
- 100 grams Soyuz soy tofu
- Salt and pepper
Recipe
- Put 4–5 cloves of garlic, half a thumb of ginger, 1 green chilli, less than a handful of chopped coriander, 2 tablespoons of peanut butter (unsweetened and natural) and 2 tablespoons of soy sauce in a blender.
- Blend until smooth, you can add 1–2 tablespoon of water.
- Boil 200 grams of rice noodles in salted water.
- Heat a pan and add some oil to it, after a minute, and 100 grams of chopped tofu (make sure to dry it a bit first) and let it cook for about a minute on medium-low heat. After a minute flip it over and repeat.
- Finally, take it off the pan season it the way you like. ( I like to use garlic powder and dried herbs)
- Strain the boiled rice noodles and combine them with the peanut sauce we made earlier.
- Add the seasoned tofu on top.
- You can eat it as it is or follow the steps ahead to make a Thai spring roll.
- Then, all you have to do is mix 3 tbsp soy sauce with 4 tbsp water, and wet your rice paper in it slightly.
- After that, stuff it with the rice noodles and seasoned tofu and make a closed roll.
- You can fry this closed roll on a medium heat and then enjoy it.
